Below you will find our shipping and return policy and rates.

PLEASE NOTE: You have the right to return by any reason any piece within 14 days from the arrival. If for any reason the goods doesn't satisfy your criteria, within this 14 days, you will get a full refund of your money once the piece has arrived at Catalina Brenes offices. You will also get a full refund of your shipping costs of return delivery. Please be aware that international customs duties and other taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.

While handing over the parcel to the courier please ensure that the jewellery is unused and either the product and the packaging is not damaged. Be aware that used and/or damaged products will not be accepted or replace by us. After the courier has collected the parcel, please contact us to confirm return by giving reference of the shipment.

Any order needs a couple of hours to be processed by our delivery department, that is for bringing the quickest solution for the delivery company. Take in mind that at least one day will eventually take for this process. Orders placed on Friday or weekends, will be processed by our shipping company on Tuesday.

Any duty and taxes that may be charge in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that the delivery address is an address where you could be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

Transactions are processed in euro.
