Does we service international destinations?
Yes we offer International Shipping.
What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
Sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for delivery.
Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.
Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items using multiple shipping methods.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment online throughout Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account you can either use Paypal without registration or open a new account.
What if I have an APO or FPO address?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
You can return your jewellery for any reason within 10 days from arrival of the goods (returns outside the above time frames are accepted at our own discretion). Please contact us before sending back the goods. Please click on the link below for the details regarding the return policy.
